I’m Kathryn King. I’m originally from Georgia, but now call Charlotte, North Carolina home. I’m married to Scott and have 3 children, Everett (7), Ellie Reid (5), and William (1).

I launched Kathryn King Photography after nudging from friends, family, and parents of children whom I would photograph just for fun. I discovered my love for photography after my son was born and found I couldn't put my camera down! Prior to developing my skills in photography, I was an elementary school teacher. Stemming from my passion for children, my inspiration comes from being able to document happiness and true joy in others. My style is classic and timeless, and my sessions are designed to unfold naturally, capturing genuine emotion in each photo that I take of you and your loved ones. I look forward to working with you!
